12.1 Termination by 777rs. 777rs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account by either party, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification checks.
12.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
